How long should you keep a pouch in?

We recommend keeping a pouch in for 10-30 minutes. If the effects become too “stimulating” discard the pouch from your lip.

How long until I feel caffeinated?

You will begin to feel the caffeinating effects in 10-20 minutes.

Will I experience lip or tooth irritation?

Although, we are not doctors, and cannot give medical advice - some customers may experience lip irritation. This is very temporary and will go away in 1-2 days. This "lip irritation" can be found in some users regarding their personal experience with chewing tobacco or other "dippable" products. To negate this - we recommend not "sucking" on the pouch too hard. When pressing the pouch directly into your gums it can cause irritation. We also recommend moving the pouches to different locations on the lip or gum.

What is the shelf life once open?

Once the seal is broken we recommend consuming your dippable pre-workout within 30 days of opening. Once the seal is broken “oxidation” can occur after 30 days. This is when oxygen reacts to the powder found inside each pouch. As with all supplements, it is recommended that you store your tins in a cool and dry place.

Does Dippable Pre-Workout contain tobacco or nicotine?

Absolutely zero. Many customers have used dippable pre-workout to help them quit.

What if I enter the wrong address during checkout?

We work diligently with customers to ensure their order arrives at their final destination. However, we can only ship to addresses that are provided to us at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please ensure that you enter your address correctly at checkout.

What happens if we get a return package due to a bad address?

If your order is received back at our fulfillment center due to an invalid address - a $3.00 re-processing fee will be charged if you would like your order to be resent. Please contact shipping@senditsupps.com to begin this process.

What if I want to return my order?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your return must be received by us within 30 days of request to process your return.
